I think you're correct Den. Nobody was worthy.
But what do I know? I gave up believing in God and especially religion in the past few years. I don't want to point and laugh at these people, but it's difficult not to when the extremists make these claims. Oh, their math was bad, now it's October 21st instead. Please, that's 2 days before my birthday! I know I'll see my next birthday! I have the wrinkles to prove it!
What really saddens me is that people quit their jobs, gave away their life savings or hunkered down like fools and then, NOTHING.
I used to believe in reincarnation and maybe sometimes think there is a spirit to your soul, but I don't fear death. I know someday, my number will be up and I need to be brave and take it just like every human before me. I only hope it's not long suffering and painful.
When it comes to death, I want the express route. Quick, painless and nobody else gets hurt. I hope the same for you as well.
